Barrington is an affluent East Bay town next to Warren, known for tree-lined streets, historic colonials, and waterfront properties along the Barrington and Warren Rivers. Coastal exposure — salt air and wind-driven rain — is a real factor for roofs throughout town. See our guide on preventing ice dams for more on how New England winters affect local roofs.
